About Us

Meet Will 

Fusion Retirement Services was founded by Will Buckley, CFP®.  Licensed since 1999, Will has built a firm based on integrity and in providing expert, fiduciary guided Medicare advice.

Will graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He also completed a graduate program in Financial Planning from Widener University which allowed him to sit for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam.

CFP® certificants also must act as a fiduciary in their client interactions meaning they have a requirement to put their clients’ interests ahead of their own. You might think all advisors have the fiduciary obligation, but that is not the case. Of the estimated 800,000 “advisors” in this country, only around 6% have earned the right to use the CFP® marks.

When he is not working hard for his clients, Will enjoys spending time with his wife Anita and their three children. He also enjoys playing golf, motorcycling & ATV riding and coaching youth sports.

Meet Rose

Rose joined her son Will at Fusion Retirement Services in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cabrini University and multiple certificates in adult education. She is a fully licensed accident and health insurance agent, specializing in Medicare Plans.

Rose has 40 years experience in healthcare, primarily training healthcare providers and implementation staff in the implementation of electronic medical records, all across the United States and Europe. Rose has extensive experience navigating the healthcare systems.

Now in her role as a health licensed insurance agent, Rose specializes in Medicare supplemental plans, helping customers navigate the various parts and plans of Medicare. In what can be a confusing time and field, she can help bring clarity to these topics. She has no sales quotas, no proprietary products and no hidden agendas. There is no additional cost to you for her services.

In her free time, Rose enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and nine grandchildren.
